Purpose of Job | ||||||||||||||
Selling and promoting the company’s products and services to customers as per the plan, objectives and work flow procedures pre-set by Sales Management to meet the company’s overall objectives. | ||||||||||||||
Duties and Responsibilities | ||||||||||||||
Functional Role:
· Listen to customer requirements and presenting appropriately to make a sale. · Achieve quarterly and annually, sales volume · Document all customer contact activities into the CRM system and reporting to Executive Management on a weekly basis all activities and their outcomes · Maintain and develop relationships with existing customers in person and via telephone calls and emails; · Negotiate the terms of an agreement and closing sales. · Gather market and customer information. · Represent Company projects at trade exhibitions, events, and demonstrations; · Negotiate o price, costs, delivery and specifications with customers. · Challenge any objections with a view to getting the customer to buy. · Advise on forthcoming project developments · Record sales and order information and sending copies to the customer service department, or entering figures into a computer system · Review sales performance, aiming to meet or exceed targets · Make accurate, rapid cost calculations and providing customers with quotations · Feed future buying trends back to employers · Attend team meeting and sharing best practice with colleagues. |

Education:
● Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university. Experience: ● 0-2 years of experience in Similar field Skills: ● Fluent English both spoken and written. ● Very good computer skills. ● Excellent oral and written communication skills to be able to present sophisticated and complex materials and issues. ● Comprehensive vision for execution of plans ● High team work orientation to be able to effect cooperation among subordinates with diverse mentalities and performing different functions. ● Result orientation to be able to lead difficult projects and initiatives and achieve results even when faced with strong resistance. ● Flexible and able to work under pressure even with constant changing requirements. ● Strong planning and organizing skills to the degree of leading corporate wide projects. ● Excellent leadership skills to be able to inspire and lead others (whether direct subordinates or others) into achieving tangible results. ● Excellent analytical and decision-making skills to be able to take high-risk decisions for the interest of the business. ● Business sense and comprehensive vision. ● Strong technical understanding and experiences in various industries.
