Air Freight Export Operator

·         Handle rates & quotations requests received from both sales department and clients directly

·         Follow up with the clients to get their feedback on given quotations.

·         Negotiate with agents to match the target rate.

·         Send routing orders to the agents after receiving customers approval including all shipment’s details

·         Follow up the shipment’s status and keep the consignee informed with any updates

·         Make sure all the instructions in routing order are followed precisely by our agents

·         Review the pre-alert and Send the booking details + copy of the shipping documents to the clients for checking once received.

·         Follow up with agents for any delayed shipments and update customers with re-booking details.

·         Review the invoices and profit share received from our agents to make sure they are issued according to the routing order and ask the agents for amendments in case issued wrongly.

·         Co-operate with customs clearance department to have their instructions for needed customs documents in case we are responsible for clearance process.

·         Add all the handled quotation requests in the rate request sheet.

·         Cooperate with customs clearance department for DAP/DDP shipments.

• Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university.

Experience:

·         3-5 years of experience in Similar field

Skills:

·         Fluent English both spoken and written.

• Very good computer skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills to be able to present sophisticated and complex materials and issues and get the audience involvement.
• High Business sense.
• Comprehensive vision for customer satisfaction.
• Strong process orientation and good vendor management.
• High team work orientation to be able to effect cooperation among subordinates with diverse mentalities and performing different functions.
