We are dealing with two of the top steel producers in Egypt and handling their customs formalities for air and ocean shipments since 12 years. During this period, we managed to maintain our contract because we worked hard for control lead time of clearance and managed to report all logistics information daily and worked on solving all problems we faced during the customs process. Our aim is to apply compliance rules and code of ethics and build trusty name for our customer with customs. Last but not least, reducing logistics cost and gain customer satisfaction .

We are working in this field since 2008. We handle one of the top USA companies in oil and gas along with one of the top Spanish companies in addition to Egyptian companies. We have handled majority of customs formalities with full satisfaction of our customer this is because we understand their policy in handling logistics and we match all their requirements by applying compliance rules and following all their systems in apply logistics along with our full understanding of importance of lead time and urgency of all shipments. We have worked on heavy lift such as transporting turbines to Europe and Far-East for repair and return and managed to handle majority of maintenance plan which request loading and delivery on time it was handled with great success and full satisfaction of our customers.
